Purchasing & Buying
The job is to purchase parts and components for all Honda products. Production control & Logistics
The job is to control and manage the whole process of production, logistics, distribution and sales.

DX/IT
This job category leads data-driven decision-making by carrying out process reforms and system development which play a central role in DX promotion in whole Honda.

Development of ICE Products for Motorcycles and Power Products
Job scope
Based on the original idea of “The joy of mobility and impression. Desire to be useful to people.” which has remained unchanged since the foundation of Honda, our job is to develop materials and manufacturing technology that support product design in the research and development of motorcycles, power products, and marine products that sell a wide range of products with ICEs from 25cm3 to 5000cm3 to the whole world.
We create and build the skeleton structure that consists of the frame, chassis, engine, and the attractiveness of each motorcycle, and realize packaging that takes into consideration the appearance, usability, ride comfort, and throbbing feeling to meet the taste of a wide variety of customers. With Honda's unique mechanism and high reliability, we further advance our power products that are useful in various life situations. Development of marine products that provide the joy of movement even on the water.

Our job involves the design, research and development of electronic control systems mounted on motorcycles, power products and marine products. This role focuses on research and development aimed at further expanding the adoption of electric vehicles (BEVs, HEVs, etc.) and advancing the energy services that support them. By combining diverse technologies such as battery pack systems, inverters/converters for power electronics, motors, thermal management systems, AWD systems, and powertrains, we design and develop systems optimized for electric vehicles, taking on the challenge of creating new value to realize a carbon-neutral society.

Aiming for the Carbon-Neutral Era, Honda’s Power Electronics R&D domain is driving electrification across motorcycles, automobiles, and aviation. We pursue technological innovations in inverters/converters, charging, power supply, and wireless power transfer, as well as advancements in integration technologies. Research & Development of Batteries and Battery Systems
Job scope
Our role is responsible for the research and development of batteries and battery systems, which are key pillars in Honda's pursuit of "zero environmental impact (achieving carbon neutrality)." We conduct a wide range of activities in the research and development of lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, and fuel cells for next-generation power units. This includes everything from material technology research to the development of battery cell performance and durability, battery operation and utilization technology, and battery material recycling technology. Additionally, we aim to enhance the value of batteries through system development, including battery cell stack technology, battery pack structure and safety technology, low and high voltage power distribution technology, and battery system control.
Production Technology
Job scope
This job category works on production technology development linked to the evolution of automobile products, and executing new model introduction planning, mass production preparation, quality maturation, conceiving competitive production equipment and mold planning, design, manufacturing and installation globally.
We are working to realize “competitive and strong manufacturing” by developing production technology that improves the appeal of BEV/FCEV/HEV products, and by implementing the planning and production process development of next-generation new factories aiming for environmental Triple ZERO through the evolution of digital technology.

This position conducts research and development to achieve zero fatalities in traffic accidents. Research & Development of Semiconductors
Job scope
This position involves research and development of logic semiconductors and optical semiconductors that support the "intelligence" of Honda products, such as autonomous driving, and power semiconductors that support the efficiency of electrification.

For logic semiconductors, you will design, prototype, and test-evaluate SoCs and NPUs, as well as develop BSPs and SDKs.

For optical semiconductors, you will design, prototype, and test-evaluate laser semiconductors and silicon phtonics semiconductors used in LiDAR sensors.

For power semiconductors, you will evaluate next-generation semiconductors, research and development of peripheral and applied technologies, and development for in-vehicle applications.
